Since our establishment, Mitsui now has four branch restaurants and about 250 staffs. Through out our journey, we have experienced the raising and declining cycles of economy, and also the changing directions of consumerism and marketing trends. Mitsui thoroughly understands that talent is the biggest asset of Mitsui. Only with outstanding and happy staffs can we then genuinely deliver our superb services and brand principles to our customers. More over, boundless creativities and innovations are important elements that have allowed Mitsui to step into our 15th year in the business. The constant rejuvenation with new blood allows the Mitsui team to maintain our rich and ingenious drive. Talent training is also a part of our long-term plan. Mitsui collaborates and studies with various culinary schools in order to improve our professional skills, and also assists in training local culinary talents.
The management team here at Mitsui strives hard to best utilize the right talents and to have a sharing platform that is beneficial to all. Our goal is to be able to provide a stage that would allow for all of our staff to find his or her self-identity, and to create a win-win situation for our customers and our team mates.
