New Encounter

A brand new year with a brand new step, in the month of January of the year 2006, Mitsui has taken a quiet step into the East District of Taipei.
With a tranquil and quiet foundation, this in fact has been a year-long incubation with six months of execution time.  With the spirit of Japanese culinary art as the starting point, a fusion of cosmopolitan fashion with neo-conceptual aesthetics was created.
Mitsui Culinary Art Museum is hidden in a cosmopolitan paradise amidst the bustling city, and stands tall like a contemporary geometric sculpture.  This is a landmark that will guide towards genuine beauty.
A simplistic grand atmosphere greets at the door, and the ambiance is luxuriant and beautiful.  Not only are the hustle and bustle of the city blocked outside the door,   all the tension and uneasiness seem to have suddenly dissolved away.
When sashimi encounters Bosa Nova…, and when snow crab engages in a dialogue with Miles Davis…, the outcome is an elegant and pure fashionable embodiment that is close to your heart.  It is ideal for lovers, friends, and family, or even just a pleasurable time alone.  Good conversations with the perfect food and drinks or a time of enjoyable solitude…
