Mitsui has always worked with great efforts and consideration, and this year, we will be stepping into our 15th year in the business.
Similar to a troupe of travelers that will continue to head towards the eternal sunshine within their hearts; along our way, there have been countless customers, suppliers, and extraordinary staffs that have walked along side Mitsui.  In the past years, when faced with challenges, Mitsui has always countered it with revolutionary structure and organization adjustments, and this is how we resolve problems and improve with every turning point.  Facing the ever increasing competition in the industry, Mitsui’s every step forward is based on our conceptual planning of innovative needs and being the leader of the trend with solid affirmation.  We do not nonchalantly expand in branch locations just for the sake of doing so. 
Through out the process, Mitsui continues to search for team mates with the same belief, and through professional training and concrete experiences, each of our managerial staff possesses the potential of being entrusted to operate a branch restaurant.  With a open platform of profit sharing, more people are allowed to have the opportunity to start his or her own business through Mitsui.  With the further usages of the internet technology, we are able to recruit international talents and to elevate the quality of our team.  The above mentioned directions are all being executed by Mitsui currently.
